Free Crochet Fall Bow Ear Warmer Pattern
This ear warmer pattern works up so quickly and is the perfect pattern for beginners just learning to crochet.
What You'll Need
- Worsted Weight Yarn
- Size "I" Hook
- Scissors
- Yarn Needle
The Pattern
Body:
Using a Worsted Weight Yarn and an I Hook: Ch. 16
HDC in 3rd ch from hook across, ch 1 and turn.
Continue until headband measures 19-21 inches or the size you need.
Leave a 12 inch tail and whip stitch the two ends together. Once this is done, use the tail to go in and out of the headband along the seam 3 to 4 times. Pull tight to create the cinched part of the bow.
Bow Middle:
Ch 9
HDC in 3rd ch from hook across, ch 1 and turn.
Continue until you have 10 rows total.
Place the Bow Middle around the cinched part. Sew the two ends together around the cinched part then weave in any ends.
